Pay Pal Comment-gate

December 5, 2011 PayPal (a subsidiary financial software and online workstation) posted about their recent inclusion in the illustrious Forbes magazine in an effort to display their positive features and attention-getting usefulness on a larger scale.

Apparently, however, the crew (online viewers of this post) didn't think PP was deserving of such commendations and so began the rectification process through derisive and objecting remarks on past perceived transgressing actions taken by the financial giant.

PayP decided that this kind of publicity was not desirable and so they did what you do to your mother's comments on your profile picture and deleted the negative remarks without even responding to them.

You can count on angry people getting even more angry if nobody notices their anger and addresses it. Angry people get excited to see their anger and dissatisfaction being spread to influence other patrons when they feel that the company has not suffered sufficiently to put them back on top (in the anger balance). And so, just like your angry ex-SO the deleted patrons came back swinging to show the world how bad PP really is. This is basic. I could have made a better call on this. Hindsight is, however, 20/20.
