THE DEATH OF TOM PETTY

At age 66, Tom Petty had just wrapped up a 40th anaversary tour of with their band "Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers" when he suffered a severe cardiac arrest (heart attack) which was not as it seemed for many reasons.
Although Petty had, in fact, just finished his recent musical tour, he had not suffered death by heart attack but was in fact relatively healthy for his lifestyle. He was so dead to the media that news was reporting RIP clips about the artist.
Meanwhile, while his reported death had fans "Free Fallin" Petty was not backing down on his viability. with the simplistic idea of showing fans that he wasn't dead yet, he posted a simple image of him holding a paper with the current date and time on it to prove that he was alive.

All this goes to show that it matters more what people think than what is real when it comes to social media "truths"

    This is a well written synopsis. I thought it was Jon Bon Jovi that posted the picture of him still alive.

Not the Durantula you were thinking of. Anyone who is from SLC or has been to that place during the general conferences of the church can see that there are groups of people who are lurkin' for church members to make a mistake which they can put on a sign and hopefully spell correctly.
